Aman Bhuller
Director

Aman leads Panacap Ventures business case development and research activities. He is a highly experienced business analyst and project manager, with over 12 years of experience in both professional services and several industry sectors including healthcare, retail, supply chain, construction, and the built environment. He has led several projects to support executive decision making of strategic investments and improving operational controls.

He is responsible for project management, reporting, stakeholder management, financial management, risk assessment and market research that is needed to help our invested businesses to increase value and deliver commercial success for projects of £100M in value. He is well versed in the challenges and opportunities of working in both established organisations and in start-ups which demonstrates his strong ability to be agile and adaptable in dynamic business environments.

Dina leads Panacap Ventures communications and public relations initiatives. With over two decades of experience as a business and communications leader, she has played a pivotal role in shaping marketing and communication strategies within the corporate, publishing, media, digital and luxury brand sectors. Dina’s expertise spans all facets of strategic communications utilising diverse platforms and methodologies across various sectors and markets.

She is responsible for the communications and public relations of the business which involves her with projects and Portfolio Companies. She is an experienced entrepreneur having built and run several media and marketing businesses. Her extensive network of HNW, UHNW & Board-level contacts extend to both startup and established private companies, as well as Global NGOs, underscoring her influential and respected position in the business landscape.

Sati Bains
Senior Partner

Sati leads Panacap Ventures technology investing and operations activities. He is an experienced business leader and technology professional with over 28 years in defining and implementing technology strategies. He brings experience in all aspects of technology for startup projects and mature businesses across a range of sectors and markets, and his scope extends across technology, business models, product development, risk management, compliance and service management processes.

He is responsible for developing the technical architectures and technology investment cases for Panacap Ventures projects and Portfolio Companies which includes the initial due diligence on their use of technology, their digital risk assessment, management and compliance of data, security and privacy. He is an expert in cyber security and advanced computing such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and he leads Panacap Ventures’ AppDev and DevOps teams in the delivery of all technology and digital solutions. He is an experienced entrepreneur having built and run several technology businesses of £500M+ revenues and consulted to a wide range of companies in the financial services, public, healthcare, retail, supply chain, and construction sectors. He also performs audits on technical solutions and capabilities against best practice standards.

Will Orgee

Will leads Panacap Ventures investment management activities. He is an experienced business leader and corporate finance professional with over 20 years in industry in both primary and secondary markets. Will brings experience in all aspects of investment analysis, funding and listing of businesses across a range of sectors and markets that is necessary to build businesses successfully.

He is responsible for assessing the commercial viability of businesses for investment and supporting our investment partners with their decision making with the outcome in mind. He is active with both healthcare and sustainability investments and is currently managing a series of initiatives to promote greater bio-diversity in the UK. As an experienced entrepreneur Will leverages his experience and insight to guide founders and management teams through their business journeys and is overseeing such business as they grow to £500M+ revenues. He has a hands-on approach, backed with the lived experience, necessary to support our investment portfolio in delivering consistent value and growth.

Terry Watts
Senior Partner

Terry leads Panacap Ventures portfolio management and operations focused activities. He is an experienced Board level professional with over 35 years in leading businesses, managing complex cultural and operational change. He has a background in industrial science and over a decade of technology management. He brings experience in all aspects of project and operational management from startups to established and mature businesses. His scope extends across people management, operations, talent development, policy and governance, technology and business processes.

He is responsible for assessing the operational readiness of opportunities ahead of potential investment working closely with Founder and Management teams to develop the right solution. A key focus is to consistently prepare a Portfolio Company for their growth journey which includes developing their internal capability, culture, processes and purpose. He is an expert in remediating and operationalising businesses with deep experience in other industry sectors including healthcare, retail, supply chain, and the built environment. He has managed large enterprises at a national level, as well as several early stage and established businesses with forecasted revenues exceeding £1bn.

Rav leads Panacap Ventures strategic investments, risk management and market development activities. He is an experienced board level professional with over 30 years in leading business strategy both in industry and as a management consultant. He brings experience in all aspects of strategy including startup projects and mature business operations across a range of sectors and markets, and his scope extends across technology, business models, risk management, compliance and business processes.

He is responsible for developing the strategic roadmaps and business cases for the Panacap Ventures projects which includes the initial due diligence, market positioning and competitive threat assessment, risk assessment and technology blueprints. He is an expert in financial services with over 30 years managing complex projects internationally and has deep experience in other industry sectors including healthcare, retail, supply chain, and the built environment. His entrepreneurial skills have helped him to manage several early stage and established businesses with forecasted revenues exceeding £1bn, including new market opportunities for new maritime services in Europe and North Africa, developing a portfolio of healthcare companies specialising in primary care using AI and digital technologies, and the development of FinTech platforms for wealth management, ESG management and reporting, transaction reporting and project finance management.

George leads the strategy for Panacap Ventures having previously founded Panacap, our cornerstone investor, in late 2018. He is a highly experienced business professional and entrepreneur with a proven 20 year track record of investments in real estate development, commercial business development and hospitality. He has led several large-scale projects to build innovative new businesses and remediated several companies in terms of their market propositions and their internal operations. He has a hands-on approach to dealing with investors and business management, and renowned for his deep understanding of business models and opportunity identification to achieve full commercial potential.

He is responsible for growing investment partnerships and supporting business founders throughout the investment and business growth journey. As a trusted strategic partner, he has managed deals and investments to deliver commercial success for projects more than £1bn in value. Well versed in the challenges and opportunities of working in both established organisations and in start-ups George consistently demonstrates his strong values and ethics to lead and drive a diverse and experienced team of entrepreneurs, business leaders, managers to achieve remarkable outcomes.
